Very Helpful and Friendly

Both Ilia and his wife Lou have been really helpful and kind to both me and my partner since we started viewing the house. We liked the facr that they never pressured us into anything and that they were always honest and helpful. I could see that they were also very genuinely happy that I won the bid for the property. The settlement and any other little things that I asked was done without any hassle and delay. I couldn't ask for a better real estate agent that Ilia Menkinoski and his beautiful and helpful wife Lou. :)
