Illana recently sold a property for me. I found Illana gave me excellent advice on preparing the property for sale. Her suggestions for marketing the property including the use of a video exceeded my expectations. Illana kept me fully informed throughout the sale period. Her interactions with potential buyers and feedback to me were polite and professional. Finally her advice just before and at the auction was sensible and realistic. In summary I would highly recommend Illana and would definitely use her again.

Illana is very focused and extremely hard working and has a great attention to detail. Overall we were pleased with the result. It's obviously pretty tough out there and clearly things are down from a year ago sales-wise but I think we achieved the best we could in the circumstances so congrats to Jack and Illana. Some minor communication issues from time to time but that aside they did well and I would recommend. Even as a seller I am not a fan of tactics used by the likes of McGrath to cloud the price wanted. I think buyers and sellers deserve better than seeing a listed range only for a property to be passed in - in a recent instance in Padstow some 20 per cent above this listed figure. PRD Oatley at least seem to be straight up in this regard (in my single experience) so kudos there too.

Ilana was very nice and helpful. My brother was doing most of the selling for our Mums house. I only met her the week before the auction but found her very efficient, friendly, experienced,punctual and even though Mums house was 10 minutes from Oatley she had done all the price checking around the area. I would recommend her to anyone.
