It was a big decision for us to take the step of selling our home and once we had decided to sell we were unsure about what agent we should go with. Ilona also had a genuine love of our property and we felt that would flow onto potential buyers when she was showing them through the home as our agent. We listed our home with Ilona in the Million + category of the market and Ilona worked hard on advertising the property, conducting weekly open home inspections and bringing potential buyers through for private viewings and we were given full updates and statistics on how things were going on a weekly basis. We are pleased to say, that in a relatively short period of time for the price category of the market we were in, Ilona had the property sold and she negotiated the best price that we could of expected to achieve. I am a bit disappointed with Ilona as I have requested information from her on the 5/7/17 and I am still waiting for the answers to two questions. Otherwise Ilona did point us in the direction of the house that we purchased.
