We have been extremely pleased and satisfied with the whole process of this purchase. We are from interstate and were in Bonogin looking at properties when the storm hit leaving everyone without power ( or air conditioning) Ilona organised for us to be able to “look from the outside” as the family were somewhat disadvantaged with the power outage. Fortunately the sellers were not only home but graciously allowed us to do a walk through closing our eyes to the un-prepared home. Ilona was still able to organise the finalisation of the purchase when we were convinced that despite the circumstances it was the property we wanted. Difficult times for both sellers and purchasers but Ilona smoothly sorted it all out and we are now going to be Queenslanders next month.
