We tried to sell our house with different real estate agents in Castle Hill at different times and didn't get the right offer. We held our property as an investment property until Iman approached us in June 2021. Iman took his time to manage the sales campaign of my property, including building up a good relationship with my tenant, searching the right buyers for my property through off market sales campaign and negotiating a very good offer for our house. The first buyer came to inspect our house committed to the sales contract and put down 2% holding deposit before receiving a full building report. Iman is amazingly good at finding the right buyer for each property. We had deal with a few sales agents and Iman is much better by far. Excellent agent - I would highly recommend

Iman is not the stock standard agent. We tried other agents such as McGraths, who put the house unsuccessfully on auction, charged a massive fee for marketing, all at a loss. When the chips were down, with little hope, we called Iman. He came to our house, ran through a plan, and worked diligently, to try to sell the house at profit. He was ridiculed by potential buyers, but he persevered. House was sold at profit, and minimal cost was paid for marketing. Clever, tenacious, and will work best for his client.

When we met him for the first time, we could see the confidence and conviction in his eyes to get us the best price. And, he achieved it, the price was well above expectations.
