Imika was very informative about the property and any issues that arose in the transaction. She kept us informed and got back to us quickly around any issues arising. She was open, honest and realistic and her attitude was professional and positive .

I have no hesitation in recommending Imika. She was knowledgeable and proactive with the purchase and reverted swiftly with our queries and requirements.

The only issue we have is that a cheque for the Deposit should have been handed over at signing of the contract. Desposed of appropriate, or banked at end of cooling off period. We found this to be stressful when the purchaser delayed the Deposit monies. Other than this ( which was important) we really enjoyed the professional/friendly/knowledge of Imieka wonderful.
