He was always available, extremely well informed, and prepared to work incredibly hard to achieve the best sale result possible. I feel like it's worth noting that the sale in question was of my father's house, after his death, so it was a very sensitive situation. Imran was wonderful throughout. In the end, we received more for Dad's place than many other properties in the area sold for, despite them being renovated and Dad's place needing a big update. Hire anyone else at your own peril!

Imran and Kevin had a good proactive approach whilst staying relaxed and not pushy. The went beyond expectations and were fantastic in post auction negotiations to have an earlier settlement date (inline with the seller but not their solicitor). We had a very tight timeline to move out from our rental and into the house before an international trip and without their assistance it would not have been possible.
