Ina was professional, friendly, transparent and very quick with all communications. We met with three highly reviewed local realtors before deciding on Ina. The other two realtors both wanted us to spend at least $10-20k on cosmetic upgrades prior to selling, which we weren't in a position to do. Ina was more understanding, and helped us work out what we could do ourselves and with a smaller budget. She was also comfortable selling the house while it was still lived in (the other two realtors were not). Despite this, she believed she could get us an offers that were $50k and $90k higher than what other realtors had pitched (none of the realtors knew what the others had pitched). Ina managed to get us a cash offer, that was even higher than what she'd pitched initially! We were obviously very satisfied with this. Ultimately, getting a great price is top priority and Ina absolutely delivered. It was a nice bonus that she was friendly and easy to work with.
