Communication could have been better as far as sale of house. More clarity as to what was included/excluded in the selling process. I was also recommended a Conveyancer which I had to chase majority of times for updates and if anything was followed through.

There is no reason for me to give Inder a less than five plus rating if I mean asked to. The reason is simple and straightforward. That was a journey that he helped me to get the house I fell in love in the first sight. Especially he helped me in a situation that I was not able to get involved to talk to vendor and all I can do was to trust his negotiation skill. in past one year house hunting in PC， I have dealt with a few agents. most of they gave me stories without standing on my shoes to try, but Inder was another way around.
