Brilliant agent and team

We engaged with Ingrid and the team initially to have them manage our rental property. They only had it a month and the tenants gave notice, so their first job with us was to manage the vacate and find new tenants. They handled it the best we have had so far. Considering they had only had it for a short time, we were impressed with how familiar they were with the home and the care they took when the tenants moved out. We then thought that it was time to sell. They assisted with the goal of preparing for sale and what we needed to do to get top dollar for our sale. We received two great offers and will settle this week. The absolute stand out for us, is that it was like they were selling their own home not ours. We received weekly reports as well as phone calls for updates. We had already moved to QLD so Ingrid and team, took so much stress off us by helping out above and beyond with things that normally we would attend to if local, nope they did it all for us...including some last minute photos of the jetty to transfer it as part of the sale. I loved that the whole team are straight shooters too. We got a cash offer and we are SOLD. 10 out of 10 is not high enough.... Well done team!!!!
