Within the first five minutes of inviting Ingrid to our home to give us a market appraisal almost two years ago, we knew when the time came to sell our wonderful home, we need look for no one else. Ingrid stayed in contact over the next eighteen months, with some special touches along the way, so when we decided the time was right, we signed Ingrid up without hesitation. Ingrid gave us clear instructions on improvements needed to get our home ready for sale, delivered with a polite tone but also very honestly. She provided us with trade contacts for the areas that needed improving, painters, steam cleaners, handymen, a fantastic stylist, plus a pool registration guy and solicitors, removing any potential stress from the situation. Ingrid then organised the photography and marketing of our property, adding with lots of helpful advice. By the time we were ready to go to market, we had a full understanding of the strategy and time frame as Ingrid had explained this to us concisely. Throughout the open home process, Ingrid did a great job in not only drumming up interest, but also providing us with instant verbal feedback, supported by written feedback within a couple of days. We had two open homes per week, every viewing had multiple potential buyers through. From the open homes Ingrid arranged second viewings and found us several interested parties prior to our auction. Come auction day we were clear with Ingrid and Stephen Gittoes on our reserve, to be fair they had to work very hard to get the result we wanted. Stephen was tremendous as an auctioneer, a tough negotiator and captivating to the large audience that was in attendance. With Ingrid working the crowd to increase the bids, they were a formidable team. Some tough negotiation followed and in the end we reached an agreement with a buyer we were happy with and exchanged contracts. Simply, we can't recommend Ingrid highly enough, she is so good at what she does, you'd be mad to look elsewhere!
During the course of our sale both Ingrid and Stephen were very attentive and always listened and acted on our requests and requirements . They were prompt ,concise and achieved a great result for us and the buyer alike .
