I approached Ingrid hoping to find a more suitable price, as we’ve been struggling to find a home within our budget that my family can also live in comfortably. She responded promptly and was incredibly flexible with inspection times—something you don’t get from everyone. This is my third property, but my first one to live in, and she made the experience so much easier. I can’t wait to work with her again on future property investments.
