Inma's feedback after each open inspection enabled us to make small adjustments to our house for the next open. Over the journey of the sale of our house, her market knowledge and professionalism proved invaluable to us as vendors and kept us positive that our house would sell at a price range that we felt the house was worth. We were provided with weekly updates and Inma pushed to have opens at different times, sometimes twice a week to give prospective buyers a chance to inspect our house

We found Inma to be very friendly and approachable throughout our purchase. She helped us find our new house, but didn’t put any pressure on us. She was very honest - there was nothing fake about Inma. We felt we could trust her, which made the whole experience much easier. In our settlement period she was always helpful arranging communication between us and the vendor. We love our new house!

Imma was the best agent to deal with, she was very honest, excellent knowledge and very helpful in her general advice to me (as a first time investment buyer). I bought property from Inma Inat and Mila Inat. These agents don’t know how to count days. I won this property in auction. I got 60 days settlement. Inma counted days in front of me, so I thought should be ok. I signed my contract blindly as it was old property nothing to check on contract and I thought they are very famous L J Hooker agents. Finally she writes 54 days on contract. When the near date comes for the settlement I realize and pointed her about the mistake. She replies me that new paper will be ready for sign with new date. Next day I receive phone call from Mila, she said she can’t change now and I have to pay earlier. She was rude with me when I asked why they made mistake. I paid my settlement earlier but still they gave me a key after 60 days. I can’t believe that L J hooker has this type agent. I think L J hooker has to give 1 calendar to each agent and has to manage some classes and teach them how to count days. Only the positive thing is I got that property lot cheaper than market. Now I understood why it took many days to sell that property while it’s very good suburb and every agent selling very fast. Still I don't understand why they gave me a key after 60 days while I paid my settlement earlier and also I can’t believe that they are real estate agent with L J Hooker.
