Not only did they sell our house incredibly quickly, for way more than we though possible.. but their communication throughout was exceptional. We were kept informed every step of the way, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We would message at all hours with a quick response every time. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and support. Pretty happy with the result achieved, thanks for the extra negotiating James. Selling vacant land is a different experience to selling to house, this was a very straight forward transaction! There was not a lot of sales evidence to compare to but was easy enough to agree on a marketing strategy. I am happy with the level of communication and service received.
