I would like to put on record that Irena Simunec, Marketing Specialist, L J Hooker Belconnen, was of great assistance to me recently in the sale of an investment property. Irena was always very courteous and constructive in her dealings with me, displaying a good deal of enthusiasm for the various roles a marketing specialist performs. The tenant in the property was not always easy to deal with but Irena found a way around that and displayed the property whenever she was able to. Irena engendered a sale on the property in really good time and then monitored the sale to ensure it proceeded. I would recommend Irena highly to anyone selling a property, whether to live in and/or for investment.
