prior to appointing Irene as my real estate agent i was a little concerned about how & who i would select to sell my property ( as this was first experience) .Irene made it very clear and transparent about the process from the very beginning; this is what i wanted in an agent - i wanted things to be "black & white" with no hidden agenda. After meeting her i thought to myself " hmmm she could sell ice to the eskimo"s " but this is not why i chose her, I chose her because of her honesty & her eagerness to get the best result for me and knowledge of the industry .Even if at times i asked her a million questions , nothing was too hard. She was realistic with me and would often tell me to put things into perspective , which is was what i did and i could of not asked for a better result in such a short marketing campaign time.
