At the start Irene was helpful but we couldn’t get a pre settlement inspection and then she didn’t even contact us at settlement. We just picked up the keys from her office with no representation from her or someone from her department just the receptionist. The house was managed by LJ Hookers prior to us purchasing and was very disappointed in the way the last tennnants left it (holes in walls,yard filthy, cupboards dirty) to name a few. I wouldn’t recommend them to manage my property
