My family and I were selling 2 properties side by side, this was a complex sale and we knew that the buyer would need to be a property developer because of where our land was situated. The sale took 4 years and we went through 4 real estate agents. We were about to take the property off the market when Irfan took over. Irfan was reasonable, listened to our requests and kept us updated the whole way through. Irfan has a lovely manner and is not pushy. The property sold under Irfan within 3 months of being listed and we got exactly what we were asking. We would highly recommend Irfan and we would be using his services again.
