However of equal importance, she was the only agent who had consistently called me once a year from a time where we never dreamed we would sell to 8 years down the track when we were. There are some real estate agents who dress in fancy suits and drive luxury cars with custom number plates with their name - Irina is not one of those agents. She is a local mum who cares about the community and her clients, and builds valuable relationships over time. This approach allows her to get information from potential buyers that other agents couldn't, as people let their guard down around her. She is also extremely caring and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. She even went to the hardware store to get us paint samples urgently when we were busy at work. Also, she doesn't take on more work than she can handle and you are always able to deal with her directly, rather than an inexperienced offsider, as is the case with some other agents. All up we are really glad we chose Irina and extremely grateful for all her support during this challenging time for us.
