After a few months of bidding wars with other buyers we were happy to work with someone like Irina who assured us this would not happen with the unit she was selling. I kept asking her many questions and probably annoyed her but she patiently kept us on track resulting in success. Our offer at auction was accepted. When we inspected the unit Irina assured us the unit would be clean and ready for tenants. Although the unit was not ready at settlement, Irina followed through and ensured the vendor fulfilled his obligation.
