We've dealt with Iris in the past to sell anyone, and now buying an investment property through her has been just as good an experience. She is communicative, prompt in responding, and is just as enthusiastic as us. She made it very easy from first viewing to settlement. I'd happily deal with her again in the future.

Iris has been very professional and helpful throughout the whole purchasing process. I would say that at times Iris went over and beyond what I expected. I would have no problem in recommending Iris to friends.

On all points Iris was fabulous. Knowledge, care and respect were amazing.

Very good, didn’t try to push me to buy something I didn’t want and had honest opinions

From the getgo Iris was extremely vested in selling our property. In contact with us immediately after anyone showed interest or after a home open, advising her thoughts on who attended and opinions of potential buyers. Always went the extra mile to make the home look special and it is a special home. One we didn't live in but our son did. A really nice old home which we are sad to sell but pleased Iris was the agent.

Iris has been fantastic at helping us through our buying experience, her and her office team have been great at communicating with us through the process. I highly recommend Iris.

We were very happy with Iris's professionalism and attention to selling our home. She listened and understood that our home was a little different, therefore the suggestions to how best to market the property were foremost important.

We are so happy that Iris choose to work with and for us. She is head and shoulders above the competition. Knows the Kalgoorlie market intimately. Returns calls within an hour not two days like some. Works very hard to ensure that everybody wins. A trustworthy, professional. Her creative capacity and know how make her 'Simply the Best'
