I had contacted her for an appraisal and had offered her a short time of 4-6 weeks to sell the house as I could not keep it vacant for long. The house was under offer in the first week itself and she has managed the process very smoothly keeping us updated on a regular basis on the entire sale process from the receipt of offer, signing of contract, the finance approval and the sale date.
