Iris is very attentive and took time out of her evenings, weekends and even during holidays to update me. Iris had her work cut out and had to sell my property twice due to the first buyer falling through, despite that she had a second buyer lined up within weeks. Despite the messy situation Iris was calm and friendly throughout the whole process which I really appreciated being a first time seller.
