From day one Iris was amazing. Despite some hiccups from us , she always kept in touch and supported us. Iris gave great advice on the best way to prepare our property for sale which resulted in a quick sale. We cannot recommend her enough for anyone selling their house. Regards Jen & Keith
Iris was amazing. Provided relevant comparables and sound advice in presenting our property after many years of it being rented. She is extremely professional and kept us extremely informed all the way. In fact our property was under offer before the first open. A testament to her knowledge and follow through with prospective buyers. We have another investment property and will certainly be getting her to represent us again without hesitation

Her professionalism, dedication, and heartfell support made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to us was how much she genuinely cared. She didn’t just do the basics – she went out of her way more than once to make sure everything was perfect before settlement. You could tell she takes pride in what she does and wants the best for her clients. We felt really lucky to have had her on our side, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling. She’s the kind of agent you hope to find – knowledgeable, honest, and truly goes the extra mile.
