Iris helped us sell our family home of over 30 years after both our parents passed away. She not only helped us get the best price well above asking price, she listened and understood when we wanted the home to go to a family so it could be loved again. Not living in Kalgoorlie presented us with challenges but anything we needed done at the property, Iris organised quickly and with no complaints. Nothing was ever too much to ask. We use many agents in our business here in Perth but Iris by far beats any city agent because she cares and her customer service goes far beyond what she is paid to do.
