I couldn't be happier with the services rendered by Iris Haynes. She is the consummate professional. I had contacted her for an appraisal and had offered her a short time of 4-6 weeks to sell the house as I could not keep it vacant for long. She was honest and realistic in her approach and delivered the sale within the time frame. The house was under offer in the first week itself and she has managed the process very smoothly keeping us updated on a regular basis on the entire sale process from the receipt of offer, signing of contract, the finance approval and the sale date. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to use her services in future.
