Hi Kelly, I was keen sell your neat character home, and I was honoured to be chosen as the sales rep. I listened to what your concerns were when initially buying the property. The one that stood out, was that you were disappointed about not being properly informed with previous issues with the house. I told you that I pride myself in making issues transparent.
My other aim is to sell the property at the best market price which we achieved.
During settlement some smaller issues were found during the final inspection. These were resolved by you, and one was pushed back, as it was already like this when the contract was initially exchanged.
