Got the sale done but wasn’t easy
Iris was great in keeping us updated and is hard worker but was, at times, argumentative and wanted most things to go the way that she wanted as opposed to listening to our wishes. Was more worried about how she presented to the buyer rather than working for the clients who were paying the bills. Got the sale done to her credit but was tricky from start to end.

I always aim to maintain a high professional standard and to present every property in the best possible light to attract strong buyer interest and achieve the best outcome for my clients. From the beginning, including discussions around marketing, and suggested repairs, my recommendations were focused on helping the property appeal to the right buyers.
I understand that not every seller wishes to invest additional funds in presentation or marketing. In this case, I personally covered some of those costs from my own commission to help achieve a successful outcome.
On reflection, it seems we may not have been the perfect match in approach or expectations, but I’m pleased we reached a successful sale in the end, and I wish you all the best for the future.
