Iris Haynes
Competent and efficient.
Iris made the whole experience less stressful. Issues arose that needed to be sorted, not a problem for iris, she dealt with same and kept me informed of results. As I am interstate, she really went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, almost unheard of these days. Thankyou Iris, your expertise and experience were so very much appreciated. I am very happy that I could be available to do some of the local ground work. the three of us worked great as a team: Victoria the property manager from First National Real Estate, you as the owner and myself as the sales consultant - Mission Completed :-)
