Patient and proactive communicator

Irving was great to work with. As first time buyers, he helped lead us through the buying process and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish as we stumbled through the process. The only downside was responsiveness at the start was a bit delayed. We were initially hoping to put in an early offer but delayed communication did not make this possible. However, closer to the auction, Irving was extremely responsive to all communication and proactive in his outreach.
