From our initial inspection, Irving came across as sincere and down to earth in contrast to the many agents we'd dealt with during our inspections of various properties who seemed overly confident and more interested in their next commission. Irving was very personable and made us feel that our purchase was not just another sale or business transaction as you would normally expect to find. Instead he treated us with dignity and care and helped us get all the information we needed to make an informed decision about our purchase. We could see that he also had an excellent relationship with the owners from whom we purchased the property and appreciated this very much. It made the entire sale go smoothly and we were very satisfied. In fact we will be getting Irving back to sell our place once we're ready to move into a bigger home.
