I was initially apprehensive about trying to sell my block of land in NSW when I lived in QLD knowing full well I would have to no doubt do everything over the phone and electronically. I had spoken with a couple of real estate agents, the ones that bothered to ring me back only to be told that the commission wasnt even worth their effort. So it was a totally different story when Rikki-Lee contacted me. It was a more personable conversation and not just about the money aspect. She really wanted to help me sell my land, regardless of the low amount of commission that she would eventually get. My land was an unimproved vacant block worth around only $40,000. From the time that I agreed to list with R and R Properties to the time I sold it, Rikki-Lee gave her all. There were hold ups on my end because of solicitor failings but once she was able to list the property, she went ahead and liaised with me on a regular basis to a positive outcome in only a matter of a few weeks later.
