When my wife and myself first meet Isaac he was a very good listener and ask all the right questions. He looked over our property and discussed with both of us what our options where and explained them in normal peoples language. He suggested the price range which was exactly what both off us where after. We set Isaac a base price we wanted so he knew exactly where we all stood. The house sold in one day above the asking price and Isaac also had a second buyer in case the first buyer could not get finance .
