I first met Isaac in 2014 when I purchased a property from him when he was working at All Properties Group. Some time later he started out on his own with One Agency, and due to my original experience with him I asked him to sell 1 of my properties in 2019, and another late 2020. Isaac is very good at what he does in my opinion and balances a fine line between keeping buyer and seller happy, although ultimately he is aware that he is aways working for the seller. The only thing I could fault him for (besides his shoes and pants which usually look like they belong on the latest Korean fashion show) is that he is sometimes a little hard to get hold of - which is a reflection of his demand and popularity. I can live with this, as his results definitely make up for any negative in his communication. I will definitely use Zac again to sell my place in Durack and would most definitely have confidence in recommending his character and business in the local community that I am also part of. Thanks Zac, your efforts are greatly appreciated.
