I originally bought my house off Isaac almost four years previously. Since it is a largely Vietnamese area I thought he would be the best agent to get a good sale. Once I set out my firm price expectations Isaac set about creating interest and edging buyers up to my expected price. He took care of extraneous details like the buyer negotiating to buy some of the furniture and also lawn mowing etc. I'd always use Isaac if I need another sale/buy. Great guy, cheery and frank!
