.i was fed up because there was always difference between realty and mentioned in advertisement. when I visited house through ismail.it was first time, when I realized this man looks man of wards. property was same as he mentioned in advertisement .it took us two minutes to take decision. bargain done in two days. he will be my first choice if GOD give me chance to do more bargains.
