I genuinely can not fault Ismat. He has taken everything mentioned on board and negoiated brillantly with both the vendor of the new house and purchaser of our current. Ismat took the pain out of moving from the transition and I would personally recommend him.

After every open house inspection, he would make contact and advise how many people went through, how many were actually showed real interest interested in the property.
