It was Chelsea’s easy going, black and white demeanour that made purchasing and selling a breeze. We were lucky to have come across her. I made contact with Chelsea to see when the next open house was on a property I was interested in. She was happy to show me at a time the suited me which was great. On arrival to the property I was met by Chelsea and welcomed me to the house. Whilst in the house a conversation started around what I was looking for which then lead to her suggesting another house that would more suited myself which again she was happy to take me straight there to show me. She was right it was the house, I made an offer on it that night. Throughout the offer/counteroffer process Chelsea was informative with ongoing text and phone calls until the deal was done. Once the contract was signed communication increased ensuring each party was on track to meet each other's deadlines. On final inspection there was 3 items identified and by the next day were rectified. Settlement day was then welcomed with a house-warming gift and an email with recommended tradespeople to help me out when needed. All in all Chelsea went above and beyond throughout this process and would be highly recommended the next time you buy or sell a property cause I will be calling her.
