Trish was very honest and easy to deal with. We had a 60 day settlement and the house and yard was maintained to the standard we first viewed, when we took ownership. All questions were followed up and dealt with, and I believe all parties involved walked away happy.

Selling our house during ever increasing rate rises was very stressful. During this period we had buyers wanting the house but failing to secure finance from the banks Trish was ever supportive (and very calming) and assured us the right buyer was out there. Trish never over stated what she told us and always answered our calls, even when she was injured and laid up for several days. Open days were changed from different days and times, including Sundays, to try and get as many people as possible through the door. Would highly recommend Trish over those Agencies with less experienced staff.
