Fantastic result

This was our second sale of property through Ivan so we knew he would do a great job for us. With this sale he managed to exceed our expectations. We were not in Sydney during the sale so Ivan and his team dealt with all of the sales preparation tasks and gave us great advice on what needed to be done to best present the property. Once the sales campaign started, it moved very quickly with some motivated buyers who Ivan managed over a number of days while keeping us in the loop even though it meant 5am phone calls for him. The result Ivan negotiated for us was brilliant, especially considering the property market was losing momentum.
