Great agent!, easy to deal with

Ivan was one of several agents we spoke to before making our final decision. All l can say in all honesty is that it was the best decision we ever made. He made a stressful transition (my parents down sizing) into a hassle free negotiation that my parents understood and he got them more for their house than initial we thought we could get by truly working for them as you hear real estate are suppose to do but does not always happen to be truthful, and to finish this review all l can say is that Ivan listened to what we wanted and most importantly he delivered what we needed and found us the perfect townhouse at a great price exactly where my parents wanted.
