Where to start, met Ivor when he sold my last home. At that time we had a good working relationship, and lots of laughs, but he was always the ultimate professional. It was due to this that I sought professional advice, which due to our rapport, he gladly gave. So, it was an easy decision to approach Ivor to act for me, with my current sale. It was also an easy decision to follow him, when he ventured out on his own through EXP. I had no issues with his employer's company, but it was Ivor that I went to see. During the prolonged selling, badly affected by the COVID issues, Ivor would contact me with suggestions to possibly attract attention. Many weeks went by without even a phone enquiry!!! The sale ended up being very painless, and happened that the purchasers came to an open house. Deal done. Throughout Ivor was attentive, in regular contact, and a "mate" now. I wish him well with his future venture, as I won't be needing his services again. Thank mate.

Sold our house fast and with minimal fuss

I found Ivor to be a very pleasant, conscientious young man who listened to our needs. I have an elderly mother suffering with dementia and he was kind and understanding and never pushy. He always answered our enquiries and if he couldn't take a telephone call straight away, he would always call me back as soon as he could.
