Ivy represented the seller we purchased our unit from. She was so accommodating and really went above and beyond for us. She gave us access to the unit to take measurements etc and was in contact the whole way through settlement. She is a joy to deal with.

She was very helpful in negotiating with the seller, her communication was extremely fast- it seems at all hours too. She put in a lot of effort between us and the seller and this was very appreciated. Also made our new home available leading to settlement whenever we needed it to be, especially appreciated considering current circumstances. Ivy was great to work with and would recommend her.

As a overseas buyer, I have not been to my property even once until I decided to sell it for some reasons.
