Ivy was an excellent agent. She was highly flexible with unique nature of the terms of the contract around subject to the closing of a company sale, and also helped communicate this to the buyer. When there were some delays due to things out of control, Ivy reassured the seller effectively that we could get a timely deal in the best interest of both parties. Ivy's experience at this end of the market is exceptional and it was evident by her familiarity to deals with clauses subject to FIRB for instance.
