Buyers to be extra careful in dealing with him. Unprofessional, deceptive and manipulative in his conduct.He has excuse for everything that goes in his favour.Don't trust anything on face value , get everything in writing.Especially with the Subject to Finance Clause, you may be asked that initially it's 1 week and he will get extended despite you telling that you need at least two weeks.He may use this tactics to regonitate the price later in order to get extension.Inspect the house properly.
