If we summarise Tatjiana’s performance in few words, we can assure she inspires genuine trust, finds the right solutions to the right problems, shows grace under pressure, and the best above all she aims to close higher-value deals faster. Our experience with Tatjiana started when we were looking for a house for ourselves (so we met her as a buyers). Although we didn't buy the house that Tatjiana was selling at that time, we kept her contact details because we knew she was good, approachable, humble, and easy going. Believe us! we met lots of sales agents and she was the most outstanding over all. So when was the time to sell our apartment, we definitely called Tatjiana She came and gave us an appraisal, she was super honest in terms of the price expectations and sale strategy. We let her know our minimum price and she said that although it was higher she was going to do her best to achieve the price. We followed Tatjiana’s guidance about styling the property and making few changes which we think made a huge difference (so our best advice is to follow Tatjiana’s guidance as she definitely knows what she is doing). It was not a surprise that Tatjiana achieved what she promised. A great outcome! The apartment went out to market and it was sold in three days at a record price (more than we originally thought)! Tatjiana reached out to all her buyers once the apartment went live and started selling and promoting even for the first opening. She found a cash buyer who purchased the apartment in a snap auction (again Tatjiana’s strategy was crucial) - it was sold just 5 hours after the first open! After we exchange contracts, we had to travel overseas meaning that during settlement we were away. Tatjiana supported us while we were away by showing apartment in the pre settlement inspection and fixing minor things raised by the buyer. All of this made the final steps of the sale run smoothly. Tatijana sold my first house for me during what I would describe as the worst time to sell in my lifetime, with all the interest rate risees and coming off the back of the pandemic. She was absolutely wonderful to work with, extremely professional and knowledgeable. She always put me first and did what I asked of her. Going out of her way to get the best result for myself. She was always very easy to contact, even outside of business hours if I needed to ask any questions. Relentless on the open homes, opening the house whenever she could. All in all I think that Tatijana is a great person to work with and she is hungry and determined to do the best job she possibly can.
