Shaun put me at ease straight away. He was very knowledgeable about the area and after looking at a couple of properties he asked me some key questions about my wish list for a property and my budget. He then suggested a property near by that was just coming onto the market. We met there 10 minutes later and I knew straight away it was exactly what I was looking for. I made an offer the next day and it was accepted. Shaun also helped me with a list of building inspectors as well as conveyancers, who were also excellent to deal with.
