Throughout the whole process, Jaci was very approachable, flexible and listened to and took on board my ideas and wishes. What impressed me most was her flexibility and communication skills - she would regularly call me, text me and provide updates on where the sale was at and what I needed to do at each stage. She was unfazed and at ease in dealing with my tenant and professionally coordinated the sale between myself, the new buyers and my tenant all at once, along with liaison with the bank and solicitors.
