Most helpfull not only during sales process but afterwards during settlement which was conducted from a distance by both parties and later after sales follow up.
I was disappointed this time around about the communication as I didnt hear anything unless I emailed also the sale that fall through I did not hear from Agent and didnt know that they had not paid a deposit.
