Our experience with Jacinta as sellers was excellent. She presents herself and speaks very well, and has an excellent understanding of how the market works. Jacinta didn't try to overinflate our house price/get our hopes up, and we appreciated her frankness throughout the sale process. She is extremely flexible, and was willing to try new marketing strategies (such as an open house on a Sunday) to give us the best chance at selling the property. Jacinta stayed abreast of proceedings in terms of building and pest inspections, kept us informed on a regular basis, and provided detailed feedback about prospective buyers. She even made sure the conveyancers were kept on track! Jacinta really works hard for you, the seller whereas I know from experience as a buyer in the past that other agents are all too eager to show prospective buyers the seller's hand, much to their detriment. We can't recommend Jacinta highly enough, so if you're looking to sell, you will give yourself the best possible chance at achieving your goal by entrusting her with the sale of your home.
Jacinta explained each part of the process to me. Which assisted me greatly as it being my first home I was unsure at several points and answered every question that I could have and was forthcoming with everything with the house.
